ALL SALES FINAL — ADJUSTABLE BASES, MATTRESSES, AND BEDDING PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of sleep products and hygiene standards, all sales of adjustable bases, mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors, and bedding products are final unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.
ORDER INSPECTION
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Failure to report damage or defects within 7 days may limit our ability to resolve the issue or file a claim with the carrier.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If a product arrives defective or damaged, Snore Much will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
• Replacement parts
• Product exchange
• Manufacturer warranty service
• Return authorization if applicable
Many adjustable bases and mattresses include manufacturer warranties, and warranty claims may be handled directly with the manufacturer. If this applies, we will guide you through the process and provide the appropriate contact information and instructions.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED (RMA)
Returns are only accepted when:
• The product is defective
• The product arrived damaged
• The wrong item was shipped
• The product is significantly different from what was described
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Snore Much.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RETURN ADDRESS
Return addresses will be supplied only after a return request has been approved.
The correct return address depends on the type of return and the product involved.
In many cases—especially for warranty-related issues—returns or replacements may be handled directly with the manufacturer. When applicable, the manufacturer’s service or return address will be provided along with instructions.
Do not send items to our business address unless specifically instructed to do so.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To qualify for return approval:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in original packaging
• All parts, accessories, and manuals must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be rejected.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
• Mattresses
• Adjustable bases
• Pillows
• Mattress protectors
• Bedding products
These products may still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will assist customers in submitting warranty claims when applicable.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for:
• Clearance or sale items
• Special order products
• Custom orders
• Gift cards
SHIPPING COSTS
If a return is approved due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect item or verified shipping damage), Snore Much will provide return shipping instructions.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
RESTOCKING FEES
Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the nature of the return and the condition of the product upon inspection.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused after it has already been dispatched, the customer may be responsible for:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping costs
• Freight carrier fees
• Applicable restocking fees
These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
DELIVERY ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased product can fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and any other access points required for delivery.
Please review product dimensions carefully before placing an order.
If delivery cannot be completed because the product does not fit into the intended space or access path, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, delivery attempt fees, and applicable restocking fees.
DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
By accepting delivery of your order, you confirm that the product arrived in acceptable condition unless damage is noted at the time of delivery.
If visible damage to packaging or the product is present at delivery, customers should note the damage with the carrier or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Failure to report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery may limit our ability to file claims with the carrier.
DELIVERY LIABILITY TRANSFER
Once a shipment has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Snore Much is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and ensure a secure delivery location is available at the time of delivery.
EXCHANGES
If a replacement item is needed, we may arrange an exchange when appropriate.
In some situations, the fastest solution may be to complete a new purchase while the original issue is being resolved.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the refund.

COMFORT PREFERENCE DISCLAIMER
Adjustable bases, mattresses, pillows, and sleep products are designed to improve comfort and sleep quality. However, individual comfort preferences vary.
Snore Much does not guarantee that a product will eliminate snoring, relieve pain, or provide specific medical benefits. These products are not medical devices, and no medical claims are made.
Returns or refunds will not be granted based on personal comfort preference, sleep preference, or dissatisfaction with firmness level.
CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION POLICY
Customers agree to contact Snore Much directly to resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may delay resolution.
Snore Much reserves the right to provide documentation—including order confirmation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance, and communication history—to dispute fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks.
