SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Snore Much, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience for customers purchasing adjustable bases, mattresses, bedding products, and related sleep accessories. Because many of our products are large furniture items and may ship directly from manufacturers or warehouses, shipping methods and delivery timelines may vary.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
In certain situations—such as manufacturer inventory verification, special orders, freight scheduling, or high demand—processing time may extend up to 14 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
If your order requires additional processing time, we will notify you.
SECTION 2 – INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
Many products sold by Snore Much ship directly from manufacturer warehouses or distribution centers.
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you within 2 business days with available options, which may include:
• Waiting for restock
• Selecting an alternative product
• Canceling the order for a full refund
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING METHODS
Because our products range from small accessories to large furniture items, we use multiple delivery methods depending on the product type.
Small Parcel Delivery
Smaller items such as pillows, bedding accessories, or replacement parts may ship through carriers including:
• UPS
• FedEx
• USPS
Freight Delivery
Large items such as adjustable bases, mattresses, and bed systems may ship via freight carriers or specialized furniture delivery companies.
Freight deliveries may include:
• Curbside delivery
• Threshold delivery
• Scheduled freight delivery
Delivery service levels may vary depending on the product and shipping location.
SECTION 4 – DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
Delivery times vary based on product availability, shipping method, and destination.
Typical delivery ranges:
Small Parcel Shipments
Approximately 3–7 business days
Freight Deliveries
Approximately 5–14 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers operate independently and may experience delays outside of our control.
SECTION 5 – DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS
For freight deliveries, the shipping carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and coordinating delivery with the carrier.
Missed delivery appointments may result in additional delivery fees charged by the carrier.
SECTION 6 – DELIVERY ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products can fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other delivery access points.
Please review product dimensions carefully before placing an order.
If delivery cannot be completed because the product cannot fit into the intended space or access path, the customer may be responsible for:
• Return freight costs
• Redelivery fees
• Applicable restocking fees
SECTION 7 – FREIGHT DELIVERY INSPECTION REQUIREMENT
For freight deliveries, customers must inspect the packaging and product for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
If damage is visible:
• Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing, or
• Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
If a shipment is signed for without noting damage, the freight carrier may deny damage claims.
Snore Much may be unable to process claims for freight damage that was not documented at the time of delivery.
SECTION 8 – SHIPPING DAMAGE REPORTING
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To report shipping damage, please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A description of the damage
This information allows us to work with the carrier or manufacturer to resolve the issue.
SECTION 9 – SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses or manufacturers.
For example, adjustable bases and mattresses often ship in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers if this occurs.
SECTION 10 – DELIVERY LIABILITY TRANSFER
Once a shipment has been marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Snore Much is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment tracking and ensure a secure delivery location is available.
SECTION 11 – REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a customer refuses delivery after a shipment has been dispatched, the customer may be responsible for:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping costs
• Freight carrier fees
• Applicable restocking fees
These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
SECTION 12 – UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, inability to contact the recipient, or failure to schedule a freight delivery appointment, additional shipping or redelivery fees may apply.
SECTION 13 – REMOTE DELIVERY AREAS
Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for deliveries to remote or limited-access areas.
If an additional delivery surcharge applies to your location, we will notify you before shipping the order.
You may choose to approve the additional charge or cancel the order for a refund.
SECTION 14 – SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as:
• Product size and weight
• Shipping method
• Delivery location
• Freight carrier rates
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.
Certain promotions may include free shipping within the contiguous United States.
SECTION 15 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Snore Much primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping is available for certain products, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
SECTION 16 – TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information or delivery instructions.
Freight shipments may provide tracking updates once the shipment reaches a regional distribution terminal.
